Prasat Pueai Noi (Pueai Noi Sanctuary) is one of the most significant Khmer sanctuary in the upper northeast of Thailand. This ancient building was built in 11th century A.D. and located at Ban Hua Khua, Pueai Noi Sub-district, pueai Noi District, Khon Kaen Province.
The main sanctuary consists of a group of three buildings was made from brick on a laterrite base and surrounded by boundary walls, Gopura (Gate), Banalai (vihara or library), and Baray or the reservoir ponds named "Sa Wong".
A relief of Shiva sitting with his consort Uma on the bull Nandi, took a photo on June 16, 2022.
The reliefs adorning in this ancient monument are seen mainly on lintels and pediments that depict scenes relating to the gods and Hindu mythology. Pueai Noi Sanctuary was found the most significant lintel and pediment. For examples, the lintel on the centre tower shows Vishnu reclining on the most significant lintel and the pediment on Banalai, situated in the southeast of the group of three buildings has a relief of Shiva sitting with his consort Uma on the bull Nandi. An inscription at a door of center tower mentioned the member of Hindu religious named Suvantaya and Vaisampaya, also the sacrifice ritual.

Pueai Noi Sanctuary has been registered and published in the Government Gazette, Volume 99, on November 18, 1982. The area of ancient monument is 13,808 square meters.
